A beautiful well kept hotel in the middle of many attractions. We spent 2 nights here before our cruise. We booked the hotel taxi to pick us at the airport on arrival and get us to the cruise port in Civitavecchia in perfect time. Scary traffic but our driver was very good, calm and controlled. We would advise to get the taxi through the hotel. It was smooth, easy and no worries.

Hotel Nazionale is fantastic! We stayed there last year and were so pleased that we chose to return this year. The hotel is spotless, and the location is perfect. However, the standout feature is definitely the service. The staffespecially Patrick, Salvatore, and Chiaraare incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. The only good thing is the great location.
To shops, restaurants and shopping centres
Breakfast is poor not 4 star standard
Rooms are small and not very clean too
Male staff at breakfast are rude !
Check in staff were friendly and helpful

Super little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were great and had some gluten free options available. The tea / coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome at the end of the day.
We had a very comfortable room on the 6th floor with an amazing view across to St Peters Basilica, which never got old.

This hotel was fabulous! The location was great, the service was amazing, the rooms were enjoyable! We had a view of the Vatican from our room. It was central to a lot of things and had good security around the building that made you feel safe since the parliament building was next door. Would come back again and recommend to everyone!...
