Just returned from 3 night break at this hotel, its location 10-15 minute walk into Vatican City which was brilliant given the traffic which even at this time of the year was very busy.
The hotel was great and all the staff were lovely, helpful and courteous. We eat in the restaurant a couple of times and although the menu was limited we found the quality was good.

Front desk staff overly aggressive, unwilling to listen to problems and only deal with issues if pushed (it at all). They come across as rude in the way that they stop talking and serve others mid conversation and also by other staff jumping into the conversation so that 2 or 3 people join together to explain either that you are wrong or that they cant/wont help. Staff in the bar are happy for quite a line to build...
