Weve stayed in Rome a number of times. This was the best hotel so far. Room was spacious. Bed was king size and very comfortable. Nice amenities as in coffee, tea, espresso machine and hot water kettle as well as stocked fridge. Evening turn down service. Staff was very attentive. Great location! ...

It was our first time in Rome and staying in this hotel made our December holiday even more relaxing and enjoyable. When we arrived, the staff at the reception greeted us nicely. It was Alessia who assisted us in our check-in and she was helpful and always smiling. Also, Paola was very welcoming and showed us where our room was. This is a 4 star hotel with 3 star rooms that have outdated worn out furniture with bathrooms that smell full of sewage. Yet this isnt the worst of it, I have stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and the service is absolutely terrible. Good luck if you are trying to request any amenities as they will keep promising you that they will deliver it to your room and nobody will ever show up even if you wait for hours. Hav...

Everything was really good, services, cleanless, comunication, food, helpful and friendly staff of the hotel as well. There is good and relaxing atmosfere. I can recomend it to all my friends a collegues. Its not far from Spanish Stairs in very centre of the city. ...

This hotel is delightful! The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the staff is remarkable. From check-in to check-out, everyone was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Special thanks to Fabrizio and Paula for their warm hospitality and personal attention to our needs.
