Where on earth do I start? The rooms are outdated and will not look anything like the pictures you see on the website. The walls are paper thin so good luck getting any sleep at all! The room service is awful. We had to hide items like toothbrushes as they moved personal items around and put them in places like next to the bidet?! We also had items go missing. Half used bars of soap from our own soap tray were dispos...

Sat at the airport going home after a wonderful 4 days in Rome. The hotel is in an excellent position close to attractions and lovely restaurants and bars.Lovely comfortable and clean rooms

We used the hotel transfer from the airport which was well communicated

Family room was a good size. Bathroom was okay but you could see where they had tried to wash mould off the ceiling. No kettle in room but you could ask reception for hot water if needed. Smart TV in room was handy. Reception staff friendly, odd system of having to hand key back in everytime you went out. Free breakfast really wasn't great by the time we went down the first morning at 9am the ham was dry, milk and yo...

Im not sure why this hotel gets bad reviews. Its a 3 star hotel and I believe you get great value for money. Staff were pleasant and courteous, especially the gentleman on reception with the glasses. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags. I did feel a little sorry for the man at reception as he was surrounded by suitcases by the time we returned!

Nice large family room clean air-conditioned, large bathroom nicely located too. Thought the staff were friendly and informative. The rooms have high ceilings and clean wooden floors spacious and quiet too. Couldnt fault it the only reason I gave four is because theres no hotel bar but to be honest theres plenty in the area so it didnt really matter. A good tasteful hotel with character Id 100 % return we loved...
