Secondly, as hospitality staff, its your duty to treat your guests with basic respect. Your claim that no other Asian guests have complained is untrue. First the good: this hotel has an amazing staff member: Daniel who is easily the most knowledgeable and helpful person on all matters Rome.. Also appreciations for John who makes excellent cappuccinos at the breakfast counter.

We have had a wonderful experience here.
Very sincere and friendly staff who offered us great local advice for getting around and making the most of our time. So close to the main station and many attractions.
Easy to check in, get advice and breakfast each morning and head out to see the sights.
We'll be back....

Hotel is more like a hostel, it is definitely not a 3 star.
Rooms are average if you just want to lay your head
Reception is on the 3rd floor, superior rooms are on the 6th floor. You can upgrade to this upon check in.

Lift is very old fashioned, looks like its from the 1930s. Can only fit two...

Clean and friendly hotel. Special thanks to Marco who was accommodating and very helpful always. Even helped us when we forgot our passports on a trip - thank you! Breakfast basic but has what you need. Room was clean and practical. Lift took some getting used to, added to the experience though! Had everything we needed for our family trip to Rome....
