We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience, the location was excellent and max 20/30 minutes walk to most of the places. The team were amazing from the minute we arrived to the minute we left , April was attentive, professional and very friendly in the restaurant, housekeeping team were always there to clean and refresh our room every morning, Danielle(the housekeeping supervisor) was so frie...

Hotel is ideally situated adjacent to Palatine Hill which is next to the
Colosseum and central for most of the famous attractions in Rome. There is an entrance to Palatine on the same road as the hotel - turn left out of the hotel and head straight to the bottom, turn left again and theres an entrance on the right hand side into Palatine.

We went for 3 days to celebrate our twin daughters 18th birthday
The staff make this hotel everyone we met was so friendly and helpful and went out of there way to make sure everything went so well for our daughters birthday
While the rooms are a little tired in places and would benefit from a refurb and the works outside( totally outside of the hotels control) are a pain
