Start to finish a great stay .The moment I booked it was terrific . The hotel arranged a pick up from airport which was seamless . The concierge service was exceptional , I was visiting a friends home in Rome and needed flowers and bottle a wine and the excellent staff had it waiting for me the next day . Well done . The room was very clean and all the facilities at high standards
The atmosphere was very positive, is very difficult to find so professional and friendly staff in the same time!

Comfortable tables, many options and amazing service.
Staff are very kind and gentle.
Big cheese selection, many hot options on buffet, and the eggs and omelette on demand are very well cooked.
The hotel staff in general are very polite. I definitely will come back....

This hotel is the best. The staff is incredible and very helpful. We spent 6 days and they helped us with any need we had in Rome. The food is excellent at the restaurant. The bar upstairs is very fun. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect and we could walk everywhere....

Great overall and I really loved my stay there and the only improvement that I would suggest or I would love is for the hotel to have a swimming pool other than that its great overall in terms of stay and morning breakfast is very organised and very hospitality wise...
