I would like to point out as a couple that also works in the hotel industry our experience at Torlonia Principote.
We stayed for 4 nights in November we had booked a double room but we were supposed to travel with friends that had booked a junior suite.When we arrived we were told we have an upgrade to the junior suite our friends had already booked and paid for.

Amazing little hotel, very welcoming and right by a bus stop so is easy to get into the hotel.
I went with my girlfriend for her birthday and I wrote an email asking for wine and flowers to be put into our room whilst we were out in the day and they did an amazing job.

Very Disappointing

The rooms are smaller than my bedroom at home with not enough space to pack your clothes away. The breakfast server was so rude and treated guests with total disrespect so made every day start off badly. The breakfast was very plain and often no fruit juice.
