Basic but clean, quiet, affordable hotel in convenient location

I've been to Rome several times and stayed in different neighborhoods/different types of accommodations, and while this hotel certainly isn't luxurious (it is run by a religious group I believe), it was excellent for a basic stay in a central Rome neighborhood for the price (about 130 Euro).
Rooms: they are spartan (with a crucifix the only decor!), but clean and very quiet.

Superb location and very excellent amenities,,,,big thanks to staff who gave excellent advice on best places to eat and easiest ways to get to attractions. Thanks to Kristen on reception who made my stay brilliant.
Breakfast was really good and roof terrace at night was very nice....

Ibis equivalent

Simple but comfortable hotel . Similar to Ibis. Large floor area with a communal balcony. Breakfast menu isnt huge but just has everything you need. Centrally located with easy walk to Termini Station (Romes Central) and other attractions. I managed to get an ultra low price which is great ....

It's close to a underground station so that's good. The area is really quiet and there is a lot of park so.you can escape the crowd of the city of Rome and there is a lot of reataurant around the hotel.
It's kinda cleen but not extra cleen like the a/c is like really dirty like filty but the rest of the room was ok.
