The staff are welcoming. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great with lots of selection. We loved our room with its antique furniture and long draperies. We do have some minor quibbles though. The room was too hot at night. While there was a climate control panel in our room, it did not work.. so we had to open the windows and then we had to deal with street noise which kept us from sleeping. The tub was very s...

Great hotel and wonderful staff.
My husband got sick while we were In Rome and Raphael, the manager, called the doctor for me.
My husband was taken to the hospital for 3 days and the staff was so caring and helped me so much. Don't know what I would have done without them. They extended my stay, got me taxis, answered all my questions and made me feel safe. Was so relieved to return to the hotel after a stressf...

Went at Hotel Canada with my husband in May 2023 and definitely wanted to go back when in Rome. So we went back in October and it did not disappoint at all, even better dans last year !
Everything is just perfect: the new renovated room with new bed and pillows, the amazing staff, the perfect location, the great breakfast, and the cosy garden to enjoy an aperitivo !

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights at the end of September. This was our final stay of a great week in Italy and the Hotel Canada did not disappoint. We arrived by train and the hotel was just a short walk from the station. We were greeted by friendly and informative staff. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved this hotel for number of reasons.
Staff: Consistently helpful and friendly. We purchased the hop on hop off tickets from front desk and received a small discount. They also provided excellent directions for places that were historical and significant.
