Not 3 Star Hotel, but great location

Front Desk was helpful in recommending me a place to eat dinner, and changing my room. I was a single traveler and booked a single room with an oversized bed.
1. First Room had a small single bed and the toilet was constantly running but did not flush
2. Second Room was similar 10'x10' feet including bathroom , the toilet di work.

Great Neighborhood hotel, close to Pantheon, Trive Fountain and Vatican. Fabio and Daniele at the front desk are the best and so helpful! Thank you. Ask for higher floor, due to busy City street. You must go upstairs for breakfast and nightly City views!...

The hotel I paid for and expected would be 4 stars, but I would actually give it 2 stars. I went with my family and children and I was honestly very disappointed. The bedspreads were torn and dirty, the bathroom, inside the shower, was horribly dirty and there were some things missing in the bathrooms like garbage bags and tissues. This is not what I expected. Do not be fooled by 4 stars there is no luxury in this hotel. Only one power socket actually worked. Tiles were cracked and the air conditioning was next to useless. I would not recommend.
The breakfast choice was very limited so I hope you like tomatoes and only two choices of cereal....

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

I booked this hotel in December with my family of 4. A few weeks before we left I was reading reviews that said they overbooked their hotel and people were moved to other hotels. So I emailed them a week before our trip to make sure this would not happen to us.
5 days before, they emailed me back and confirmed we were good. They even offered an airport pickup (for a 85 Euro fee keep in mind that a taxi is 50).
