Fantastic Hotel...great communication prior to arrival. Kindly arranged airport transfer and room upgrade. Extremely warm welcome on arrival. We had booked the Penthouse Room, was really pleased with the room. Very spacious, such a comfortable bed, great shower, air con worked fab, wi fi fab connection...but the view from the terrace is stunning. Looking out to St Peters Basilica just wow.

Fantastic hotel for the price, staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice with a great choice, served in a lovely terrace with a view over the city and St Pauls Basilica.
The hotel was so nice we booked another visit as soon as we got home. Cant wait to return....

Awful experience staff are rude. Booked the wrong day didnt get money. Ack stuff are awful been calling to speak to a manager for the last 3 or 4 weeks now extremely unhelpful and rude not booking again and nor would I recommend this place ever!...

A really lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel outside of the city centre but easily accessible by taxi or bus. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast room was a treat and a really nice start to the day with views of the Basilica. The reception staff were very helpful. A residential area quite a walk from things to do. Could hear person in next room going toilet when we were in bed not a great sound.
Hotel spotless a staff very helpful, breakfast more than enough catering for all.
If your willing and able to walk this is the hotel for you...
