Racist receptionist will not give Asian hot water but will give American hot coffee.

Our accommodation supposedly includes breakfast but we had to leave very early the next day so I decided to just ask for hot water for my coffee. When I say it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it's because it is. There is no AC ANYWHERE not even in the lobby. Front desk is so rude, they dont make the effort to understand you. Beds are hard as a brick and many things dont function. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in italy. Gladly im just staying one night but I was crazy looking for a check in in other hotels because this is not worth the mo...

We booked a last minute trip to Rome and selected the Green Park Pamphili for its 4* rating and also (mistakenly) for proximity to the center.
The Hotel is some distance from the centre requiring 25-35 minutes public transport plus either some shoe leather or a change mid way. It was far enough to preclude a return during the day, so we only made a single trip in to the centre each day we were in Rome

This Hotel was awful. Far away from any attractions, the hotel staff could not even get a taxi to come to the Hotel to pick us up!! No restaurant, water and snacks only available from vending machines! Cosmos could do much better!!!...

We arrived at the property, we immediately noticed there were no cars in the parking lot.
