This was a perfect location from the termini station. On arrival we were greeted by a a lovely lady on reception it was quick and easy to check in. Our room was on the 5th floor and was perfect gorgeous bathroom and a mini fridge which is replenished daily. Tea and coffee facilities too. We slept well the beds were comfy. Breakfast was great plenty to choose from anyone who complains about this is clearly very fussy ...

Hotel ok but definitely not a 4 more 2/3 staff not very helpful .room OK but shower flooded bathroom ,floor all broken wood needs replaced .breakfast bland not great .great location but very noisy and busy .Italian restaurants all seem to have same menu and not great .would not return or recommend ....

Amazing hotel, 7min walk to the main bus/train terminal. Had an issue with the first room allocated as room felt very clammy/warm, the aircon didn't work as not in season but staff sorted it out and gave us bigger much nicer room. Top roof bar/restaurant has a great view and the coctails were lovely. At the last day I've phoned reception and asked if its possible to extend our stay longer than 10am ( check out) and ...

Nice area and very close to the main centre of Rome and all the amazing restaurants
The hotel was nice but my room didnt have any air con and I had booked breakfast which ran from 7am -10am. But it was so busy. The first morning I was there I had to wait for a table. After that I got there early the following days but gave up as all the tables were taken...

Just returned from 3 nights here. Arrived about 1pm and expected room to be ready but it wasnt so we dumped bags and went for lunch. Arriving around hour later and room ready. Pretty basic (we had refurb) but clean. Mini fridge stocked daily with water and 1 can pepsi. Kettle, tea & coffee.
Slippers in wadrobe along with more blankets (we didnt need as room was boiling). Towels changed daily.
