My favourite hotel in Rome. Super efficient, courteous, and friendly staff with Ettore, Rosalinda, and Sara at reception, Mauritzio and Georgia at the bar and Egor etc serving breakfast on the roof terrace. A fabulous location with all the major sites within walking distance....

Beautiful hotel centrally located in Rome. Nice plentiful breakfast and staff. Marvelous views from the rooftop. Friendly birds. But... no coffee available during the day. Room was in poor repair and housekeeping not thorough. Only one room key available. WiFi spotty in time and place. Make sure you confirm the view from your room in advance. The front looks out on Parliament building and the back looks into the neig...

Negatives:
no coffee/ kettle in room
Big negative and why we wouldnt stay again was zero internet in the room couldnt get my own provider or hotel wifi had to go to rooftop or ground floor for any service so was very much a problem for us.
The air con raged loudly on and off consistently....

I would ask for a change of room next time location was great and food was fine with lovely views and helpful staff.

Lovely location and very helpful staff , rooms needed an up grade , toilet seat was lose shower didnt work properly and leaked all over floor , room window was above garbage containers and were collected early located on the backstreet which was extremely noisy with hotel delivery at early mornings most days ! Ear plugs recommended sadly I didnt say anything at the time I was to tired from all the walking...

I stayed at this hotel with family while celebrating my fathers 70th birthday. Each of us had single rooms which were clean, comfortable and all required facilities. The AC was very much needed given the local temperature during our visit was in the high 30's. Breakfast was included and could be eaten on the roof terrace which had great views across the city.
