Stayed four nights at the Charme Spagna at the beginning of October.
This is quite a tough review for me to decide a rating on as the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Additionally the location of the hotel was good.
The included breakfast was also of a good quality and great variety.
Unfortunately however the room was quite lacking. We were located next to the dining area, whilst noise wasn't a concern ...

Hotel is lovely and clean and the room we had (no 2 ) was nice and spacious with a comfy bed and good shower.
We could have done with a warning that the there were a few steps in the entrance hall and that the lift was so small that only one person and a case could go in at one time. You also need to make sure it has fully stopped or you get stuck.

To save money, we stayed in the Depandance 4-5 doors down the street from the actual hotel. And up four flights of stairs. There is a small elevator. Room was small by American standards, but cleaning staff were terrific. The breakfast was very abundant. Special shout out to Roland who greeted us each morning. A great way to start the day. We stayed at this hotel based on Trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed. It is a lovely hotel in the middle of so many places to visit in Rome. We loved the small size of the hotel with a very relaxed vibe. The rooms are very nice and the staff provided great service. Would definitely go back!...

Stayed at this hotel for a few days prior to going on cruise.
Great location everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was a little small and the shower was really small. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful to start the day. We would stay here again....
