Great hotel

I highly recommend staying at Best Western Universo. The location suited us, it was close to the termini and we were were catching trains too and from Rome.
The room was modern, practical and spacious which was great as we stayed for 5 nights!
Breakfast was a large spread and the kitchen was working overtime as the place was always busy. Rooftop bar was a highlight of the stay.

Nice hotel a few minutes walk from termini station where the bus from Campino airport drops you off.
Reception staff ok. Booked a mezzanine room which was large, comfortable and adequate for our stay. Buffet breakfasts were OK but there were some dubious concoctions like rice with curry and pizza (for breakfast?). Sat quickly and Monica the head waitress was lovely and smiley.
All the sites of Rome are easily acces...

Excellent hotel very close to Roma Termini. The hotel was very clean and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and provided top service.
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel....

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located just a short walk from Termini Station. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, yet peaceful and quiet.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. I must also mention the breakfast it offered a fantastic variety of options.
The room was spotless, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is well-equipped. We had a 3-bed room of good size with a very nice bathroom. The fitness-center is up to date, and the sauna was working (late october, daytime temperature outside about 22 °C). We tried the rofftop restaurant and were very pleased with the look (at Santa Maria Maggiore), the food, and the service.
