Our trip to Italy from 31st Oct 2024 to 14th Nov 2024 allows us to try different types of accommodation ranging from AirBnB to hotels. After staying in these various hotels, I come to the conclusion that this hotel ie. I have stayed at the hotel hilton in milan and other hotels in bologna, Florence, Venice, lake Como. l considered this hotel as the best with it spacious room and toilet and bright lights. The breakfast can be better. Stayed here for a total of 4 nights....

The family room was good and we had no issues with that at all, breakfast also was good with plenty of options to suit most tastes.
BUT we had a terrible dining experience at the hotel.

Was screamed at by the manager Lucana in the lobby in front of other guests! They also refused to honor my paid vouchers and overcharged me. Go elsewhere where you will be treated good! There are plenty of better hotels to stay in Rome in better areas as well!...
