The location of this hotel is amazing. Close to the Spanish steps and great shops, but very close to restaurants that were amazing-5-7 minutes in either directions. The hotel itself has an old world feel that felt romantic. I wish more Christmas decoration adorn the hotel. The people - doorman (Giovanni!!!) the concierge Sandro, Francesco and Lorenzo help me a lot in the planning our week and directing us when we nee...

Wonderful service from an attentive and gracious staff at the front desk, in the restaurant and with housekeeping. Our junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying at this fine hotel and enjoying all that it has to offer....

Wanted to leave a review thanking Simone V. for making our stay a pleasant experience. Being our first time in Rome, Simone was very kind and attentive and did his best to accommodate us during our stay. Very thankful we got to meet him! Looking forward to seeing him again during our next trip....

Beautiful luxury hotel in the city centre

The staff were amazing, extremely polite, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations to make our stay memorable! The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of most sights with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The spa is a great luxury option to have in a city centre location.
No tea/coffee facilities in the room...

The Baglioni is a wonderful blend of classic elegance that meets modern convenience. The staff were very friendly, gracious, and always obliging. Theres a stylish bar located off the main floor, but sadly I didnt have time to enjoy it. The dining area is elegant, and breakfast is outstanding with great coffee.
