Great place to stay in Rome

I loved the hotel itself. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful and they have useful things like vending machines, microwave and kettle available.
Check-in with the machine after 23:00 was terrific too.
The only reasons not to give 5 stars: I wouldn't walk to/from the Termini station, especially at night....

It was my first visit to Rome and the hotel is not far from the main locations. The staff was really friendly....

Unexpectedly nice, clean and quiet!

Was pleasantly surprised of how nice and clean the room was, the cleaning staff needa an extra praise as they cleaned our room every day and replaced our towels and also left my nightgown very nicely folded on the bed! Location wise, easy to get to, very close to the bus station and 30 min walk to the main attractions. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, La Nena Cucina e Marcato and Pizzeria Fiori de Zucca and the staff...

Location: about 1.5 kms from Termini train station. Restaurants near by. Bus to the Vatican is around the corner.
Service: friendly and helpful. Staff seemed happy with their jobs. Only negative was at 8:30am the breakfast foods were running low and 4 staff were grouped together in the breakfast room on their phones oblivious to the restocking that was needed.

The hotel- was lovely and clean. No real windows or view but good air con to keep cool. Helpful reception who got me some conditioner which was great. The shower gel/hair etc products were not great, bring your own.
It was disappointing as we had a to wait about 20 minutes after check in time to get into our room. When we were hot and would have liked to get in sooner. No compensation given for this.
