This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. The eggs tasted like plastic, breakfast was completely inedible. Rooms got extremely cold during the night, was impossible to fall asleep: 0/10 experience, save your money, do not go here. Massive waste of money, extremely impolite staff, horrible location, smelled bad....

Definitely the most colourful hotel Ive stayed at, with a retro vibe to all the decor. The lobby was great, with its lime green couches and raised bar room. Our room had no balcony, just a large window out to a quiet street. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Villa Borghese. Beds and linens were fine, and everything was clean. If You like a hotel with 70's std this is Your choice. Small noisy room, Sound of neighbor restrooms are in your own.. Personnel at check have no service mentality. No iron in room or to lend. Breakfast in a very noisy conference room in basement....

This hotel is definitely not 4 star. If you are going to Rome and want to go to all the main ancient landmarks be prepared to walk 45 minutes to an hour from this hotel. Its 3km to Trevi fountain alone.
The beds and pillows are the worst Ive even encountered. All our mattresses had hollowed out dents in them. We asked to be moved as we were booked for 3 nights. The second room we were moved to the beds were exactl...

Thought the Hotel was very good value especially for a 4 Star Hotel and in a good location. However on our arrival the receptionist took maybe 15-20 seconds to make eye contact and then no greeting at all! Simply a yes in Italian. I Put it aside and thought he might be having a bad day. Then the following day me and my partner needed to iron some cloths for an evening out. No iron in room even though it clearly state...
