Better than expected ! Breakfast was nice and rooms were comfortable and clean. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel to get to the city centre...

Very clean and modern hotel. The breakfasts were generous. There was always fresh fruit, pastries, breads, porridge, cereals and continental style cheeses and ham.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a bar in the hotel and a pizzeria right next door.
There was a bus stop outside. It was a 5/8 minute ride into the centre of Reykjavik. ...

The view was amazing. Had the mountain view and did see a bit of the northern lights one of the nights. The staff was very welcoming and friendly , the breakfast was good with lots of options. The downsides, the room was a bit small, no fridge and it was a little out of downtown which the taxis are expensive. We ended up taking the bus which was really easy and cheap, it basically took you straight down town or stra...

We found the hotel staff exceptionally welcoming and helpful especially the girls on the reception. Nothing was to much trouble for them.The hotel was lovely and clean and the maid was very competent in cleaning our room.The breakfast was always fresh and good quality food.
