Overall this hotel was good quality for the price, with easy checkin, very helpful staff and nice selection of breakfast. We initially booked because we noticed there was a games room but we didn't use it because there was never anyone there, so we preferred to head out to meet people. But the games room looked nice! ...

Room was clean and had everything we needed. We needed to change our transfer to collect us from a different locatio, the lady who was working on the bar helped us call the transfer company and arrange hotel pick up. She also printed our new email confirmation. We were very grateful for all of her help!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It was nice to see a familiar face Daniel and a new one Karl. They both were so accommodating and we appreciated the welcome back chocolate bar! ...

A nice hotel... a good place to stay!

Nice hotel with very attentive staff.
Rooms clean & well appointed.
Breakfast is plentiful & enough variety for most.
The pool table & public spaces are great & an added bonus.
If you have a car... there is an excellent underground car park, which is accessed from behind the hotel.
All in all... a very good place to stay!...

Second times in Reykjavik first time in the hotel. The staff was very kind. The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was tasty....
