Our 2nd visit and another great stay. Food throughout the hotel was excellent, but as others have mentioned, the buffet can be a very trying experience. Whilst there is a great selection of foods in the buffet area to suit everyone, a large percentage of guests have not heard of queueing and simply barge their way around. Just back from 12 nights at the Rixos bab al bahr
The weather was perfect all the time 33c during the day and a very pleasant 21c in the evenings and night.
The room we had was great, large with huge bed and a very good bathroom. One small tho silly and annoying aspect of the room was the coat hangers in the wardrobe which were the fixed in type which I associate with cheap business hotels in the 1980s.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, beds comfortable, worth upgrading to premium
Staff at Infinity pool wonderful, Altron, Suhan, Amine, Sana Ullah and Mary
Housekeeping kept pool area lovely and clean, well done Navued
You managed well Maradona!, we love the new brollies!
Enjoying evening entertainment
Only negative is that it is quite challenging to get through on app to book restaurants each morning...

We stayed as a couple in July 2024, there are some positives to this hotel and maybe we just got unlucky with our room allocation which was supposedly an upgraded room. The evening entertainment was good and usually more than one option. The buffet restaurant was very good, always had a great selection of food which was good quality however was always very busy regardless of what time you visited and had long queues ...

Everything was perfect, the stuff were amazing, fast and helpfull. The service was fast and excellent. Recommend this hotel for families and couple who want to enjoy their staycation/vacation....
