Our first impression was significantly affected when we arrived for check-in at 3 PM and found that our room was not ready. We were made to wait for an hour, which was unacceptable, especially since we had traveled from another city and were quite tired. The waiting time felt disorganized and frustrating.
We had made a reservation at the à la carte restaurant for dinner for four people, but there were several issues...

The location is far, but the service is excellent.
The food service is outstanding.
We came for a family vacation, and everything met our expectations.
The only downside is that its located far from Dubai. Aneliya at the reception is very polite, and her service quality is excellent.
The nightly concert programs are fun and entertaining.
Once again, the service is excellent....

Hotel room needs revamp, bit tired and dated.
Hotel reception staff rude does not have change so cant change notes but they are counting cash in front of me. cash machine only gives out 100 AED so make sure you take small notes if you would like to tip
Saving grace is the food which is excellent...

Thanks all Seven heights team we see mr ibragim again we evrey year coin Rixos bab albaher we evrey time enjoyed with the nice weather and amazing team lobby staff amazing and the hostess in buffet restaurant fantastic also good great every time we love Rixos to match with our family...
