Really great Stay- we were given a free upgrade to a superior room at reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, with fruit tea options- a nice touch after a long day in the cold (would have been nice for the used mugs to be replaced when cleaner visits but this is minor) Water bottle filling stations are provided on each floor by the lifts, great for when either heading out f...

This is an amazing hotel, we stayed on floor 2 which I think has recently been in the process of an upgrade/renovation. Staff are faultless, friendly helpful and attentive. Breakfast is brilliant and caters for all tastes. Had great selection over our 4 night stay. Location although brands as Wenceslas Square it's about 20/25 min walk to the actual square. The location was great, the breakfast had a great selection. We were expecting toast and a brew but were pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfy and the room clean however it was dated and could do with modernising. Also we did not have brew facilities in our room which would have been nice. Basic hotel no kettle close to town

Close your town, basic room no kettle which we always find odd. Half of staff geek loves, one grumpy pants at reception. Breakfast is lovely, we asked for no breakfast when booking with travel agent but it was cheaper with.

Consolation was filtered sparkling water dispenser at each level
Smooth check-in and out
2 leaf shower booth doors if were not closed properly, water during shower could wet the floor and floor towel...
