Room lovely nice warm , limited bags , no milk had to ask for it , was very close to river etc , near walking distance to charles bridge , petřín tower . Breakfast was limited for gluten free husband and the bacon etc was cold , however variety of cereals , bagels , bread fruit yogurt available...

Having read some of the older reviews I was not expecting very much but I have to say my wife and I have had a great time here. Was worried that the hotel was on wrong side of the river but in fact the location is fab with a bus stop right outside. Its also a short walk to the river with a choice of bridges to cross into town. I discovered that as Im over 65 I get free public transport which is a bonus.

The reception staff were welcoming and friendly.
The room we had was very spacious and well presented. There are plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. The mattresses are quite firm. Coffee and tea in the room and extra supplies were readily available from reception.
The breakfast was plentiful and refreshed frequently.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff, plenty of choice from the free breakfast they provide.
The lobby is beautiful and clean with a great bar with reasonable prices.
We loved the location, I prefer here where its quieter ( and considerably cheaper) with only a 10-15 min walk to the tourist spots.
Our room was a superior double which was lovely and huge, beds very comfy but decor was quite dated.

Arrived at the hotel, checked was quick we were given was room 408 this was not what I expected at all , attic room twin beds, small high window to light the room , we couldnt see out of even stretching. Im 5 ft 1 so I chose the twin bed ( wanted a double bed) on the side with the slanted roof as my husband is a lot taller . I have already banged my head a few times, thats on the first day.
