The room we had was tiny because much of the space was a useless corridor entry into the room. It meant, no desk / chair or room to easily walk around the bed. For two nights fine for longer, no thanks. Bathroom also small.
Bed was comfortable and tea and coffee good. Location near the trams and train was convenient...

Excellent hotel would definitely recommend it.
Could do with a chair in the room otherwise no issues at all.
Would definitely go there again.
Well positioned close to old town.
Quiet area.
Staff very helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean and modern....

The Gold Bank team went to great lengths to deliver a dream set up for a proposal to my girlfriend. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts, the room was stunning.
The hotel is fantastic value for money also with clean spacious rooms and in a great location only 10 min walk to the city centre!...

Stayed here for 2 nights, great location and staff was so friendly, my friend had left her passport and this hotel was fast at replying and got it posted, will be staying here again definitely.
Breakfast was very nice and lots of variety to pick from....

So this hotel is very up to date the hotel is a new hotel and the theme is art decor.
The hotel staff arent much help they dont really speak much English and arent very welcoming. When we went to check in the girl at reception made us wait 20mins before telling us they couldnt give us a room yet. This was after she told us our room was ready. We had to wait 2 hours before being able to access our room.
