It was one of the best stays in Europe
The staff were amazing and very kind and they are there to help
Usually you dont find such service
So five stars for them
The room was very nice with modern design
It have everything
Also the toilet was very clean and well equipped...

The room was modern, and nice having lounge space especially when we booked a comfort room this still felt spacious and luxury. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations, it was a added bonus free local wine, water and coffee was given in the lounge. The tapas bar next to it was lovely and cocktails at the Mexican bar were fab also next to it. Location brilliant we used trams/underground cheap and east...

Our experience has exceeded expectations, with everything being largely positive. However, a notable downside is the bathtub's slight slipperiness, requiring careful use. Despite this issue, the overall impression remains excellent....

What a great hotel! I'd seen so many 5 star reviews on here I thought maybe there was something odd going on but I can assure you there isn't. Service, room, location all great.
We had a minor issue on check in but the staff dealt with it so well, the room was so nice and cosy which was needed as the weather was cold, location was just a couple of streets away from the city centre which meant it felt quieter but st...

The staff are really nice and helpful. The room is beautiful and clean. The location is also good, not far from the tourist attractions, but not busy area. I feel comfortable and very relaxed here. I wished I could stay longer. Next time when I go to Prague I will choose to stay here again....
