Very clean, comfortable hotel.

We stayed over the weekend before Xmas.
Our room was on the top floor and was immaculate.
Staff friendly and breakfast was plentiful.
The location is about 20 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, which was further than expected.
The area of Pavlova was closer and had plenty of shops and cafes. There were Xmas markets there too....

Got to our hotel to be told they had no reservation for us, even tho I had paperwork with our booking confirmation etc they refused us a room, had to be relocated by our travel agent, absolute joke and receptionist ws les the useless. Was left sat with no help.from them at all...

Unbelievably clean, great staff, great breakfast selection and a short walk or tram ride from most of the tourist attractions. Great hotel and I will be booking again in future. I highly recommend as a base. Ubers, trams and metro close by which makes it just perfect for sightseeing!...

Great but bring earplugs !

Huge corner room, very clean, great location, but bring your earplugs if you want any sleep, road noise is horrendous!
Room situated above a four lane road , windows do not provide any sound proofing !, must bring -ear p,us if you would like to sleep....

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very clean in all areas towels changes after three nights can change before but for 5 euros.
The room was small but manageable especially as cases went under the bed when empty.
The bed was comfortable and plenty of room for 2.
Breakfast was plentiful each morning it was the same but so much choice we had something different every morning.
