I've given this hotel 5 stars because yes, the rooms are a little dated but they are clean and warm and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good choice of buffet foods plus a cooked selection every day. All staff were outstanding,very helpful and friendly, always with time to answer our (many!) questions.
The only thing I missed was a lounge, somewhere to meet other guests but not a real problem....

The hotel was clean and about 30 mins walk from the main centre but the breakfast was not great, broccoli, noodles and cous cous were rather strange items to see at breakfast and not a pastry in sight, just a couple of really dried out cakes. The hotel is ok, clean, warm, unfortunately not very welcoming. The reception staff are quite distant and ignorant towards guests. When we asked why there was no coffee we were told, very abruptly, that the hotel did not supply coffee in the rooms and the receptionist then simply pointed to a coffee machine that sold coffee! Says complimentary tea and coffee in the hotel leaflets however there was no coffee in the room
We went to the reception and asked for coffee, was told coffee isn't complimentary.
Room was basic but okay and hotel is close to transport to the city center ( just 4 stops on the tram)
Local transport was excellent...

Rooms was good size, location was good too. The staff wasn't great, you feel like unwelcome. Breakfast is poor. In the room ws 1 teabag,no coffee, we asked in the reception, they said there is no coffee we can buy from rhe coffee automata from the reception
So bring your coffee from home
Passable stay...
