Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant, always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!...

More than satisfied with our stay!! My family lives in Prague, we came to visit. We were able to go to the city with no problems, good tram connection, good food in the restaurant and very helpful staff. It was an amazing stay overall, Cant wait to come in summer!️...

Absolutely amazing hotel , clean friendly , staff and service top notch , only thing I would say is the pillows are very pore, not to my standard !! But wont be disappointed, free bottle wine , free mulled wine each , coffee free , plenty of bar snacks if you get hungry , but you have to pay for them , the bath and shower is also amazing , took a tram to Charles bridge and see the Christmas market , had the best tim...

We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Hotel during our trip to the Czech Republic. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with information about the area. Our room was fantastic, offering a lovely view of the main street. Despite being so central, the traffic noise didnt bother us at all, and we slept like babies every night.

Hard to leave.

Prague is a city I think it is nearly impossible to leave, and this hotel was a core part of our experience. The nature of the city means you wont really spend loads of time in your hotel, but you want it to be a good one; somewhere friendly, clean and comfortable to get your head down at the end of the night.
