Very good experience, close to the metro, some minutes from the city center. Many restaurants nearby. Andel shopping center and great latino club in the walking distance.
The hotel is super and the staff very supportive and friendly.
I suggest it both for tourists and work visits. ...

Just returned from a 3 night stay. Initially we were given a disabled family room with adjacent door so could hear everything through the door. Went down to reception late into the evening (arrived late) and the lovely lady there managed to find us another room which was brilliant. The room itself was big and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was very warm though so we had to keep the windo...

Just spent 4 nights at this hotel, the reception is lovely and modern staff are friendly and helpful. We upgraded to an executive room only difference was a balcony which looked onto a building site not the hotels fault but was a waste of money. The rooms are clean and huge bed pillows are not great far too soft. Housekeeping OK missed us one day so had to get towels at reception. Had a meal in the lobby was love...

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room service was delicious especially chocolate cake, it is only 5 minutes walk then a 5 minute metro to the city and they come every 3 or 4 minutes
Finally the room was very clean except one cobweb I spotted way up on the ceiling on my last day. ...
