Excellent Hotel for family vacation

A perfect clean, comfortable, hotel in a quieter location for a family holiday. Only 5 minutes walk away from a metro station, and also a short transfer from the airport. The staff are excellent and would highly recommend for anyone visiting for the first time, and also a return visit....

Service at the check in were terrible. The employee was not kind to us. We arrived at the hotel at 21:15 and he told me that we didn't book a child in one of the rooms but we did. You also saw it in the booking. Then he told us there were no double rooms free and they didn't have a baby cot. Even tough I called earlier this week for it to double check if they would think about it. Then after an hour we finally got ou...

Very nice, modern hotel, rooms clean and tidy, staff friendly. We stayed here for the Christmas markets, although hotel is not in the town centre the tram, metro or bus is only a five minute walk, otherwise a uber is always near. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day with plenty of choice. ...

Excellent hotel!
Convenient location if you want to walk or catch the tram/metro.
Quick and easy check-in and check-out.
Rooms very clean and modern with comfortable beds and pillows.
House-keeping very good.
Excellent choice of food and drink for breakfast.
Good selection of drinks in lobby bar after a busy day sight-seeing / visiting Christmas markets.
All staff polite and very helpful.
