This was a lovely hotel in a really good location. All of the staff were really nice and friendly. It was clean and spacious and breakfast was really nice too.
We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't use any of the facilities but liked what we had seen. We were in a family room with 2 adults and 2 children and we all had a great time.

Disappointing experience. The sauna and the pool were out of order. The room was OK and breakfast was really comprehensive but the hotel was certainly not up to the standard of other Novotel hotels. Extremely hot inside the hotel and no way of regulating the heat inside the room....

They have terrible management. The facilities are good, but the cleanliness of the rooms is awful. The mattresses and pillows are stained, and the beds are poorly made.
The shower has low water pressure, and the mini bar didn't work.
There were only two people to serve the bar and restaurant in the afternoons/evenings. One day, they refused room service because there wasn't enough staff. My stay was during the C...

Great hotel. The bar /restaurant staff in particular were lovely. Room was large and very clean, the whole place looked like it had been recently refurbished. The water stations on each floor with the bottles in the room were a nice touch.
Downsides - the pool was freezing, and you were only allowed to take one very small towel. Sauna was out of order. Changing rooms & shower had no privacy and didn't look clean...
