Lovely hotel, bar staff very friendly. A little walk away from the main attractions but only about 10 to 15 mins. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Room clean. Would recommend this hotel. Quiet location. Restaurant food delicious. Great stay....

Lovely Hotel

Arrived 7th for 3 nights. Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is out of this world! So much choice. I had fresh omelette every morning. Not to far to walk into centre. Would recommend Gangnam Charcoal Korean Food, amazing! We also ate at Pivovarsky dum benedict, food here delicious but book table.
Cocktails in hotel are soooo good. Long island iced tea and Negroni were our favourites and cheap!

Great stay in Prague

Just got back from 4 nights in Prague staying at the Novotel. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy. House keeping was very good and we always came back to a nice clean room.
Location was perfect and the city is very walkable, we averaged 8 miles a day.
Staff were very friendly and check in and out was very quick. I had my birthday whilst at the hotel and to my suprise when we got back one evening a bottle...

Worst experience by far in any Novotel

Picture is the result of 20 minutes of my son walking around the room.
No heating, room completely cold during the night.
2 bottle of water empty from previous guests.
Carpet with a strong bad smell.
Even asking the reception for any room more expensive or not, cant change.
Thanks for the headache. Expensive hotel and extremelly bad on everything you provided to your guests.

Old hotel..in process of renovation..the drilling starts at 9 AM
Small reception
Upon check in, make sure to ask the front desk for a renovated room.
Location is great
Over priced
Water dispenser only with empty carafe..Not really hygienic.
Breakfast buffet is average...
