Felt dissapointed and Let down nothing like what you see on instagram. Whoever does the marketing has done a great job of making it look stylish, modern, luxury which Im afraid mainly based on the room we got, it def was none of that. Ok if it was a 3 star but def not 4 star. Im sure we got given a disabled room, carpet on corridor had visable stains, the concrete floors are painted (not recently) there was no glas...

Visited Prague for my girlfriends birthday and stayed at the NYX. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and are nice and modern, more spacious than anticipated. The location of the hotel is fantastic and only a short walk to the main attractions and sights of Prague. The beds were really comfy and room came with good facilities. The only negative for the stay was the noise levels could be quite high duri...

Great Hotel. EVERYTHING was really good, the staff, our beautiful room, the food and the location was perfect.
The bar was quite quiet and I have no idea why as the bar staff made fabulous cocktails.
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful
It is in a perfect location...

Excellent hotel!! Perfect location in the center . The service is great, The staff is very kind and answered all our requests and questions. Special thanks to Mrs. Veronika the front desk manager ,who upgraded the room to suite..Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean....
