I have visited quite a few NYX hotels, and this one is the only one that disappointed me. The personnel is very nice, the location is very central, and rooms are clean. However, given the price, rooms are very small and not as nice as for other NYX hotels, and breakfast is of average quality....

Really great welcome when we arrived for a 3 night stay with good local eating recommendations. Ideal location 10 minute walk to most attractions. Hotel is very trendy our room was on the small side but had everything youd need for a comfortable stay and kept super clean. The bed was so comfortable and pillows best Ive experienced in a hotel! It didn't start very well - we got a warmer welcome at passport control than the receptionist.
Room was very small for two adults staying multiple nights, very stuffy and extremely noisy throughout the day and night.
The music, singing and noise from the bar carried on until the early hours - it could have been helped if they'd bothered to keep the internal doors closed. Then just a couple of hours later at 5am, the ...

Felt dissapointed and Let down nothing like what you see on instagram. Whoever does the marketing has done a great job of making it look stylish, modern, luxury which Im afraid mainly based on the room we got, it def was none of that. Ok if it was a 3 star but def not 4 star. Im sure we got given a disabled room, carpet on corridor had visable stains, the concrete floors are painted (not recently) there was no glas...

Visited Prague for my girlfriends birthday and stayed at the NYX. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and are nice and modern, more spacious than anticipated. The location of the hotel is fantastic and only a short walk to the main attractions and sights of Prague. The beds were really comfy and room came with good facilities.
