We spent three magical nights at the NH Collection Carlo IV in Prague, and our experience was outstanding in every way. I can only but recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Older hotel in Prague

Older hotel a several blocks from Prague's main square - was originally built as a bank building, the old vaults are still inside. Rooms were a bit dated but the staff was very friendly and courteous. Note for hotel access - guests must walk up two sets of stairs to enter the lobby....

Booked a 1 night stay here, with an initial checkout at 11:00 and my flight leaving at 20:30. Julie from the reception made it possible to get a late checkout and a stay in the spa during the day causing me to get relaxation before my flight. Huge thanks to her kind service!...

Absolutely perfect hotel for our 4 night stay.
Hotel is beautiful, we had a suite which was a great size. Bed very comfy, great location to walk everywhere or get a tram. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Great selection for breakfast and the spa was lovely (only used the pool and steam room) would stay here again if back visiting Prague!...

Elegant rooms and mindblowing breakfast buffet and lovely pool and spa. The hotel is close to everything and the staff are all friendly.
The room has a bidet, bathtub, robe and slippers, and gorgeous marble accents.
Don't miss the large swimming pool under the hotel, and the sauna and steam....
