This hotel is absolutely stunning, with friendly and attentive staff, comfortable beds and rooms, very clean and the best breakfast selection Ive ever had. Everything was so aesthetically pleasing! We loved the touches that make it feel even nicer, like the harp player at breakfast, the drinks and sweet trolley in reception, and the very attentive doorman. Its in a great location to walk to the main tourist attract...

I stayed at nh Carlo IV between 22 to 26 feb 2025. On my return day I went to front desk and showed the receptionist a number of the local taxi company and ask for the time to pick me for airport, as the lady on phone was speaking local language that I couldnt understand. The guy called and told me its a scam n I should book with the hotel. It was an already paid taxi so I hesitated but the guy told me it has alrea...

Our stay in this hotel was magical. We can still imagine the stunning lobby with all the beautiful architecture and palm trees.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful, the bed extremely comfortable and the spa area had a wonderful atmosphere since it acted as the Bank's vault. We highly recommend this hotel!...

Tattered and worn, this hotel
Has sen better days. And it is a shame because the architecture and location deserves more, like a complete renovation and restoration to its former glory. The beds are cheap and stiff, our door didnt lock, and the bidet had what appeared to be some kind of mulch inside it upon arrival. We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb 25. Transfer from airport was excellent. A slight delay before our room was ready (managers should make sure there are enough housekeeping staff when the hotel is full). But once we got there, the room was excellent. Breakfasts were superb. Bar area is elegant. Every single member of staff was a credit to the hotel. Genuinely friendly and cant do enough to make your stay enjoyable...
