Lovely hotel! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! The staff was nice and kind, when we arrived they showed us a map and talked us through where the main attractions were and where they recommend going, which was helpful! Our room was just off from reception, which was okay. The food was basic but good enough. There was a selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, fruits, eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, and more....

The hotel is in a convenient location. Shops, restaurants, and Old Town Square were in walking distance. The rooms are minimalist but clean. The gym is small and only has 1 weight machine. The 1 treadmill was out of service. The biggest issue was the mold in the room near the skylight and in the bathroom....

I asked for a quiet room when I booked this but was given a room albeit very large and nice but the location wasnt great. It was literally in the reception hall. Room 107. You could hear everything outside the room at reception and in the street was very noisy . You could hear everything in the bar it was not the best of rooms. When I asked to move rooms I was told I would have to wait and stay in all day as they wa...

The hotel is in such a good location being only a three minute walk from Charles Bridge.
24 hour access is available, secure access later in the evening. There is a lift to all floors for those who need it.

The hotel was in a brilliant location, had plenty of friendly staff, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. Cakes, pastries, fruit, and plenty of cooked food too. Nice touch to leave leftover cake at the bar so you could enjoy a slice during the day. Wed definitely stay here again....
