We picked this hotel due to the reviews and location and we werent disappointed.
Our room was very specious, bed was comfy and we had tea and coffee in our room.
Breakfast was nice in the morning and was well stocked.
Reception were friendly and we had a smooth checking in process, they also gave us a map of the area and pointed out some places to visit.
Had some great nights sleep.

Concluded travel through Europe and this hotel was excellent in every facet including great value. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms are large by European standards, modern and clean. The breakfast included had everything and the staff were very hard working. The location. I have mixed reviews/feelings about this hotel. While centrally located, and a short walk to Charles Bridge and restaurants and other places of interest, Moods Charles Bridge had 2 things I didn't like: the surroundings (outside the hotel were walls with grafitti on them so it looked seedy); the Entry and Front Desk (you had to walk up the stairs to Reception and while there was a door to the left side to enter the...

Bad ventilation control
Travelled on 10/2024
When I arrived my room was sweltering and no air circulation. I complained to the front desk and I was told to open the window and they are the night shift and there is nothing they could do. I found that response unacceptable given it was only 7 pm. They ended up calling their technician who walked them through turning on my AC through a central control box. Im not staying here again....

I arrived early at 11am, after travelling 12hours I was so grateful for the early check in. I was given a room with no window looking into the street, there was just a sky light. I was so tired, I just needed a rest. After a couple of days I wish I had been given the choice of a window, I was travelling solo and felt quite isolated and a little claustrophobic.
