The hotel location is very good, being fairly central (~5 min walk from Wenceslas Square), with the nearest metro stop being Narodni Trida on metro line B. If arriving by air, then take bus number 100 (the stop is at the front of the main terminal building) to metro station Zilcin (the first stop on metro line B) and then stay on line B until Narodni Trida. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and buffet breakfast was very good.
This should have been an excellent stay except for one major disappointment, the room. When you look online and see the picture of the rooms you have an expectation but for us the reality was completely different. We were put on the 5th floor, though really the 6th due to extra stairs. The room was an attic room with a sloping ceil...

Wonderful hotel situated in a convenient location, walking distance to all tourist attractions, supermarkets & restaurants within 2 minute walk. Main shopping area around 10 minutes walk away.
Very friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us, even gave us an umbrella to use in the rain!
Breakfast was amazing, so much choice to cater for all nationalities, also prosecco which went down well!

Fabulous located hotel will all amenities. Lovely comfortable king-size bed and fluffy pillows. Coffee/tea complimentary expresso machine in room. Good size bathroom with robes and slippers. Immaculate hotel and rooms. Breakfast very good with enough staff to clear and clean the table for you as it was extremely busy. This was our first visit to Prague and this hotel, we would definitely stay again. The hotel was located in an ideal place close to everything within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was amazing lots of choice, hotel staff all helpful and very accommodating....
