Our family booked 4 rooms for our 2 night stay. We all really enjoyed the hotel. The bedrooms and hotel were all spotlessly clean , modern and nicely decorated. For us it was in a perfect location, being in a quiet area but only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast had a very good variety. All staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Executive apartment not has a anything view.
A hotel say that:
Wake up in the morning and head to the balcony. Enjoy the stunning view. The morning tranquillity of a city just opening its eyes.
It's nice but

Large, modern room and bathroom. Full kitchen .. not just a kitchenette full-size fridge, real stove and oven, plus microwave and dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. Very nice buffet breakfast. Close enough to walk to train station, but also near a train station stop. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Very good for a long term stay, but also good for shorter stays, especially if you want to buy ...

Good location, place for longer stays

The hotel is located a bit off the touristy old town but still in walking distance. Charles' Square and the river are not far. The lobby is modern and a contrast to the room. I suppose I had a not yet renovated room. It was however clean, spacious and had a large kitchen (!).
The machine check-in didn't work but the staff was happy to check me in manually. ...

Mamaison Downtown Prague was unsatisfactory in many respects. I'd already stayed at Mamaison Riverside, and the differences between the two establishments were notable.
On arrival, I was taken aback to be told that while the waste paper baskets in my room would be emptied each day, and the towels changed if necessary, the room itself would be cleaned only every 3 days. In fact, the bins were emptied only once duri...
