The hotel itself is at a nice location, quiet still easy to reach. It is not a big hotel, felt comfortable that at breakfast or in public places only some people were around. However I had a feeling, that some things did not meet the five star standard. Eg. Shutter at window was not properly working, it got stuck several times. This is a very nice hotel located in a quieter part of the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and service was excellent. Zuzana in reception speaks great Spanish and English and was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for my next trip in Prague...

Hotel is in a prime location and not too far a walk to the old town, everything is within reach by walking or always got plenty local transport near by as well. The staff make you feel welcome, the food good and wide range at breakfast.
Definately woold book again when visiting country :)...

Good hotel in a quiet location - about 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square and 20 minutes to Old Town. The 23 tram terminates right next to the hotel which is great if your legs are tired.
There are some cafes and restaurants near the hotel which is useful as the hotel restaurant isn't open for dinner. There is a small bar and they serve snacks.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel for five days. The hotel is very spacious and luxurious. The welcome was very warm. The entire hotel team was very pleasant. We had every breakfast at the hotel, which was very good, plentiful and pleasant on the beautiful terrace. In addition, the team was always at our disposal when needed and very reliable.
