Brilliant hotel staff were all professional, the bar manager was particularly exceptional in his customer service. Not once did we want for anything as he anticipated my every want. Just shows how life experience is priceless Thank-you Merrick, I hope I have spelt your name right....

Really enjoyed our stay at the K+K Fenix, hard to fault. Reception was friendly and welcoming, welcome drink on arrival. Room was great, we upgraded to a terrace room. Very stylish, spacious with a good finish. Lovely touches like local toiletries, stocked mini bar, gowns, slippers etc. Breakfast is excellent lots of choice and good coffee. Big room,staff were very nice and friendly, especially Wella. The receptionist is very helpful, very close to all the tourist attractions such as Old Town. We will revisit this hotel in the future.only problem here they dont give water everydayand breakfast is really good.. thank you...

The Fenix is located just two minutes walk from Wenceslas Square = so it is well placed for the tourist sights.
The interior is welcoming and the bar is good for a drink or a cocktail.
Rooms are not massive but they are perfectly adequate and very well equipped. They are, of course, spotlessly clean.
Beds and pillow are very comfortable.
Breakfast service is excellent with nearly all tastes catered for.

We've just stayed here and what an excellent hotel it is.... It's spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The bar is tended by a friendly guy, with great service and very reasonable prices.
The breakfasts were excellent...so much choice!!
