Although there was a slight mix up with our room it was quickly rectified. We had booked a deluxe double but had a deluxe twin, it was sorted the next day and honestly I have no complaints with either room.
The rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable. We had tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar and toiletries in the bathroom. The rooms were warm ( a bit warm to what were used to which was easily sol...

What a find! Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, gorgeous warm room with everything we needed. Incredible breakfast - really set us up for a day of exploring. The hotel bar was lovely to come back to and relax in the evening. Perfect!
If you're looking for somewhere nice to eat, try the Kavarna Velryba literally 2 minutes from the hotel. Lovely vibe and delicious food....

Very helpful and friendly staff especially at reception . Bedroom was lovely and well-equipped. The buffet breakfast was very good. A very central location in the new town. Less than 10 minute stroll to the old town and charles bridge. Highly recommended....

Loved the room, the buffet breakfast was extensive and beautifully made. The bar area was great and the location fantastic, head out the door turn right and every choice of tram, bus and metro available. N° 22 tram will take you to most places. We bought a ticket on board each day for £4 for 24 hrs which can be used on any transport. Staff lovely and helpful!...

Had a great experience for our recent stay at the hotel, very friendly staff, excellent range and choice at breakfast and a great location. Very close to the old town and all of the attractions, would stay again and highly recommend the hotel for a stay....
