The service was great! The reception staff are very friendly and polite. There is always someone ready to help 24 hours a day. Available to give us all the information, city map and travel directions. The hotel has mobility services - taxi is cheap. Optimal location: the metro stop is about 5 minutes away and takes you to the city center in 15 minutes (maximum). The room was to our liking as was the breakfast. Quiet ...

Poor guest experience

Nice hotel in a dreary area. Breakfast very poor. Weird offerings such as fried or scrambled eggs with green beans or corn on the cob. Long wait for items which had run out to be replaced. Breakfast staff asking your room number numerous times at the same meal and clearing table while you are still eating. No English TV channels. Reception staff are lovely....

All the hotel's workers were really polite. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is really close to the subway and it's well connected with the city. Thanks to Karel (on the reception desk) for his advices and tips about the city....

Booking cancelled with no notice or reason

We booked 4 rooms to stay in Hotel Carol next week to attend a conference - the booking was made back in March. The hotel have changed our booking to another hotel 4km away! They didn't even inform us of this change until we contacted them with a query regarding the rooms. Avoid booking here if you expect to actually stay here!...
