Perfect attention from staff, particularly Karel who was my main contact but each of the duty receptionists/managers had a very high standard of customer attention. Thank you Hotel Carol for service with a smile on every level of the hotel organisation....

Very comfortable, bed, pillows and the little table and desk
The receptionist Kirill is very polite and helpful.
Everything was clean, the room and the complete hotel.
Breakfast very complete, and the rest of the personal was polite too. I recommend the hotel....

Well located, clean, spacious rooms, great restaurant and bar area. Safe walk in showers with plenty of hot water. Friendly and attentive staff. Close to the metro and just 5 steps from Old Town Square. Great for couples, individuals and families. Highly recommend....

We enjoyed staying at the hotel carol. The interior is beautiful and cozy, cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel. The location is optimal. Taxi here is cheap, but if you are looking for other ways to get around prague there is a tram stop near the hotel and the metro stop is about 5 minutes away. The reception staff has been amazing, especially Josefina. She has been very friendly and attentive.The most am...

Very kind and helpful staff. especially the receptionist Josefina. Beautiful rooms, clean, amazing service. Very nice bartende, pleasant sitting at the bar, well mixed drinks. Excellent accessibility by metro and bus. drinks are available everywhere...
