Handy for exploring Prague

A good basic hotel with easy access via tram to most of the city.
Luggage storage available in reception as early flight got us there for 9am. Receptionists helpful and efficient.
No bar, no restaurant but breakfast very good.
I would stay there again....

We had booked this hotel through TUI travel agent and were told it was a 4 star hotel oh my god it was THE worst hotel I have ver stayed at, it was more like a hostel. Dont get me wrong , if you want clean with just a bed then fine stay there. No facilities like a kettle the WiFi didnt work and the TV was like a postage stamp. We went down to reception and asked about the WiFi and they guy said he would reboot t...

Definitely not 4 star more 2! Staff on reception very young. We booked twin got double, but the next day we did get moved to a twin. Had to pay £5 for a kettle that will get refunded. But first kettle the lid was broken so very dangerous pouring boiling water. Rooms are old fashioned and very small. Shower tired and shower head full of limescale. The hotel rates itself 4 stars. According to the czech hospitality website, to reach 4 stars, you must have certain amenities in your room and also within the hotel itself, such as a spa, fitness, or pool. The room itself should also have a mini fridge as well as several toiletries. This hotel was very basic and, in reality, is a 3 star. Our bed had only 1 side table at one side. This is advertised as a 4 star Hotel, definitely not, no tea facilities in room, no fridge, smallest shower I have ever been in.
No ice in the hotel they had to go to another hotel to get it.
Coffee or drinks bar none existence. On out of machines.
Lift constantly full of people....
