The hotel rates itself 4 stars. According to the czech hospitality website, to reach 4 stars, you must have certain amenities in your room and also within the hotel itself, such as a spa, fitness, or pool. The room itself should also have a mini fridge as well as several toiletries. This hotel was very basic and, in reality, is a 3 star. Our bed had only 1 side table at one side. The bathroom had 2 bottles of shampoo...

This is advertised as a 4 star Hotel, definitely not, no tea facilities in room, no fridge, smallest shower I have ever been in.
No ice in the hotel they had to go to another hotel to get it.
Coffee or drinks bar none existence. On out of machines.
Lift constantly full of people....

In the hotel we were served by a man who was really rude and gave us verybad customer service. Upon arrival we checked in and this customer service person asked for passports and other documents. We accidentally gave the wrong card, whereupon he threw the card back at us and started to yell that this wasnt the card i asked from u. Glorified bed and breakfast - nothing four star about this hotel!

This is not a four star hotel, it is a bed and breakfast masquerading as a hotel. Most guests only stay one night.
The bedroom is basic, no drawers or cupboards - just some DIY store racking for clothes and toiletries. The supposed 'air-con' is hotel controlled and if they want the heating on, then your bedroom is at 23C whether you like it or not. They tell you to open the window - which defeats the object of doubl...

Definitely not a 4 star hotel but comfortable enough and in a good location.
There was plenty of choice at breakfast - the staff work so hard replenishing the food. The reception staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help.
We had a room which faced the main road. Surprisingly, the road noise wasnt too bad.
