Vaclav was lovely!

Lovely hotel and in an ideal location for us. The rooms were clean and all the staff were very friendly. Vaclav in particular made our stay! He served us on several occasions and was really helpful when we ordered food and drink. We had good night sleeps both nights, however the rooms were extremely hot and the aircon didnt work.
Overall we were very happy, especially with the price paid....

This is a very well run Holiday Inn in Prague, it has been redecorated since my last visit. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, an excellent restaurant for breakfast with some interesting new dishes for me. I also had dinner there as it was St Martins week and the speciality was goose - both excellent. But whats makes this hotel special is the young enthusiastic staff. This hotel is at the conference center, and finding the parking is a bit challenging, but it is quiet well indicated. The staff at the desk was very friendly, and check-in was very smooth. The room was fine, all clean, bed and bath room were in good condition, though the bath room could use an upgrade. We decided to have dinner in the hotel, and we were first told they had an event and no more tables were available....

We were here to stay the night before our departure from PRG. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant were good. This was perfect for our preflight stay.
Room clean. Large shower. Could not ask for more. Shuttle to terminal 2 is every half hour cost 3 euros per person. Sign up when checking in...

Very nice hotel. Large very clean, nicely air-conditioned rooms with large windows, comfortable bed. Welcoming staff. Good buffet breakfast with a good selection of food, specifically the fresh fruit juices. Very close to train station with direct train to city centre. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, specifically one with authentic checz cuisine.
