Went for the Christmas markets Hotel was lovely and clean room was spacious lovely and clean staff great special mention for receptionist can't remember her name she was very helpful gave us information about hop on hop off bus service which we found very useful Hotel is about 15 min walk away from markets...

We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night break to Prague staying at this gem of a hotel. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and efficient but without doubt a special mention must go to Veronika on reception. This lovely lady's help was invaluable when we managed to get ourselves lost whilst exploring! She definitely went above and beyond to ensure we made it back to the hotel..Thank you again Ve...

Stayed here for our anniversary.
Was very clean and spacious rooms.
Tea and coffee were limited . With no decaf. Tea or coffee.
Breakfast was plentiful.
The only thing that could do with looking at . Is food was cold..the half board menu was the same menu every night. The older waiter in the restaurant was rude. At times.

Im just repeating what others have said, but this hotel was lovely . Decor in the rooms a bit out there, but didnt detract from the service provided by the staff, the lovely breakfast and the location.
Veronika on reception was so lovely and helpful and all of the start were really friendly.

Decent hotel a 15 min walk to Wenselas Square and a further 10/12 mins walk to old town where the Astronomical clock is located. Veronika on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean as was bathroom; personally the decor and furniture in the room were not my taste but functional and obviously the style of this hotel.
