Friendly and welcoming staff, absolutely spotless hotel. Located 5 minutes to national museum, old town. Room very clean, although bed sheets were not changed every day( stayed for 3 nights- sheets never changed) , bathroom cleaned every day.

This is a really lovely hotel. We upgraded our room and had a lovely bright spacious room on the top floor.
Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and fresh cooking stations.
Bar was nice and had a happy hour each day. Location is great - 10 mins walk to the square so really central.
I would definitely book this hotel again....

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It's pristine, the rooms are clean with all the expected amenities and in an excellent city centre location. Breakfast was nice with a fairly big selection but no change between days. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. My only criticism would be that the rooms are far too warm, we had to sleep with a window open when it was below 0 outside because...

We have had an amazing weekend here and the hotel is very convenient to get to places.
5 minutes walk to get to main square, shops and restaurants.
Metro and trams are very easy to use. Very polite and helpful people. Will definitely use this hotel again when we come back.

It is a lovely hotel in a good location in Prague. Fairly central and in walking distance to the main sights. The staff were friendly and all spoke English. The hotel is clean and inviting. The cleaners were very good and did a really good job cleaning the rooms every day. We booked bed and breakfast and found that the breakfast had enough for us every day and was really nice. ...
