We were looking for a good value 4 star hotel in the city centre hotel and were very impressed with the hotel which is ideally located about 1km from the main square. Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was very good..Check in was very quick staff very friendly. Our room was ready so were able to unpack etc then head out for the day. Girl on reception give us voucher for free drink at lobby bar which was a nice gesture as it was my birthday the day we arrived. Hotel is ideally located 15 minutes walk from the centre. The hotel is clean and tidy and good selection for breakfast. Reception staff very rude and unhelpful. Do not expect your room to be cleaned before 4pm. We were told that incoming guests take priority over room cleaning. Had to wait in corridor for 15 mins when we returned for the room to be cleaned. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. ...

Lovely hotel , this is our third Christmas spent at the grandior , location is fab breakfast very good , cleaning of room first class, staff very helpful, we loved the balcony on the suite. I guess the greatest compliment I can say is that we have already booked 2025 Christmas!!!!...
