My first impression of the hotel was made by the young, very pleasant lady at the reception, Vendy. She really tries to get along in everything. Thanks to her, we felt good there right from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was fine, especially since it was in a place where we really wanted to be. The cleanliness of the room was great, the equipment was also good and the food was good. For us, satisfaction....

Best view of the astronomical clock

Absolutely the best hotel for views of the astronomical clock. We stayed in the presidential suite and the views were amazing. Wonderful city and people. This hotel is close to all the attractions walking distance to the palace the bridges and everything else. Best part was able to enjoy the Apostles every hour at eye level and without the crowds. Magical. So magical my husband proposed to me there. ️️️....

Travelling here as a family of 4 across 2 rooms. When we booked we asked for rooms close together which was confirmed by the hotel. Upon arrival, and too late to change, we were given rooms in separate buildings. Our the main door past a few restaurants on the square and in a different door - so 2 females stating in a different part of the hotel and have to go outside through the square. The half of the reception, they dont speak any English and they are so rude. Russian speakers they are kind, but as far as I understood their new and they cannot do much for you.The rooms are full of spiders big spiders like tarantula. We have 25 rooms in this hotel only for us because its a business travel and all of us we have the same problem. next to me there is a room with the dog. This dog is not stopping scr...

The hotel was amazing with lots of room and assistance. I totally recommend this hotel as the staff were very polite, patient and helpful. The area we were in was friendly and welcoming and with the convenient networks getting you from A to B around the city. Overall it's an easy 5 * as it was a brilliant experience!...
