The staff was helpful and kind. The room is extremely clean and comfortable. I am grateful for the in-room breakfast service since I am COVID-conscious and avoid indoor dining for the most part. The location was perfect for sightseeing. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel....

Perfect location in the heart of the old town. We walked everywhere except up to the castle. Magical view from our room of Pragues enchanting skyline. Elegant hotel, spacious room. Only hotel I have stayed in that had a pillow menu. The pillows provided suited our needs, so we did not peruse the menu. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We asked them to book specific restaurant reservations, and they were prompt...

Great hotel in old town, walking distance to all areas of interest, including the main railway station. Spacious room and comfortable beds, extra pillows available to suit each guest. Delicious breakfast, both buffet and a la carte options. Surprising though that hotel did not accept Amex....

Just excellent from beginning to end. Can't fault it. Spotlessly clean, nothing was to much trouble and the breakfast was just incredible.
Location could not be better 6 min walk to the town centre.
Well done team made our short stay in this lovely city incredible.

Best location in heart of old town, walk to all attractions, clean large rooms with high ceiling , comfortable bed except has 2 separate mattress connected to make a king .
Breakfast was very good , Buffett as well as few orders , staff friendly .
Windows were double so no noise inside
Only negative - I am not a fan of talking shower in a slippery small tub , otherwise all great ....
