The Golden Well is a wonderful hotel and was the perfect place to stay during a pre-Christmas visit to Prague. The property sits at the base of the Prague Castle and is a short walk across the river to many of Prague's popular sites.

The attention to detail at this hotel is truly excellent. We've been lucky enough to be able to access some stunning hotels around Europe's major cities and this was by far the best we've encountered. The room service, food, room, front desk and communications were first class and it's clear that the staff at the Golden Well go the extra mile for their guests. This is one of my all time favorite hotels. It has so much character and charm, I would love to live there. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always eager to share information with you. The breakfast is best anywhere. You order from a menu plus they have champagne! Can't wait to go back....

Beautiful hotel, excellent service from the moment we checked in, we were greeted at reception with a drink and hot towels which was much appreciated . Our room was absolutely spotlessly clean and very spacious, we had turndown service each night with a different sweet treat on our bedside table , amazing .
